To provide our online presence, we use the services of Wix.com, Wix.com Ltd., Namal 40, 6350671 Tel Aviv, Israel ("Wix.com"). Wix.com processes the data mentioned above and all data to be processed in connection with the operation of this website (log file when visiting the website) on our behalf. When the content concerned is displayed, data, including your IP address and your location, is also transmitted to Wix.com servers in Israel and the USA and stored there.
A data transfer to Israel takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision211/61/EUthe European (EU) Commission.

According to Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR, the legal basis for data processing is our overriding legitimate interest in the provision of our website and the optimal marketing of our offer.

If you contact us, we will process the following data from you for the purpose of processing and processing your request: Name, contact details - if provided by you - and your message.

The data processing in connection with sending the confirmation e-mail for your registration and the associated data logging takes place in accordance with Art. 6 Para.1 f) DSGVO due to our legitimate interest in proving your proper registration.
We also evaluate whether you have opened the newsletter. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in accordance with Art 6 I f) GDPR to improve our newsletter offer.

a) Google Services
We use various services from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (hereinafter "Google") on our website. It is possible that data will also be transferred to Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 in the USA.
There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for data transfers to the USA. Google ensures an appropriate level of data protection via the EU standard contractual clauses. Google Analytics
We use the tracking tool Google Analytics from Google on our website. We use Google Analytics to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the activities within this website and to provide other services related to website use and thus improve user-friendliness.
When using Google Analytics, interactions of website visitors are primarily recorded and systematically evaluated with the help of cookies.
We use Google Analytics with the extension "anonymizeIp()". This shortens IP addresses within the member states of the EU or EEA. If a transmission to the Google servers in the USA takes place, the full IP address will only be transmitted and shortened there in exceptional cases. A direct personal reference is therefore generally excluded. In particular, an assignment to the accessed computer or end device of the website visitor is no longer possible.

g) External Content
We use dynamic content ("Content") from third parties to optimize the presentation and offering of our website. When you visit the website, a request is automatically sent to the server of the respective content provider via an interface, in which certain log data (e.g. the IP address of the user) is transmitted. The dynamic content is then transmitted to our website and displayed there.

We have included videos from the Vimeo portal of Vimeo, Inc., 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA (Vimeo) on our website. When playing the videos, log data is transmitted to the Vimeo servers in the USA. This processing is based on our overriding legitimate interest in optimal marketing of our offer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 f) GDPR.
There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for data transfers to the USA. Vimeo ensures an appropriate level of data protection via the EU standard contractual clauses. We use the Google Maps map service on our website to provide you with an interactive map. When the map is displayed, data including your IP address and your location are transmitted to and stored by Google on servers. 4. Duration of data storage
We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed or for as long as you have withdrawn your consent. Insofar as statutory storage obligations have to be observed, the storage period for certain data can be up to 10 years, regardless of the processing purposes.
